The Butterfield Trail District serves Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Pope, Sebastian, Scott, and Yell counties.

Council Calendar and Event Registration Update

The proposed 2026-2027 Natural State Council Planning Calendar is attached in the files for review.

Council and district events are currently being transitioned to the myCouncil format. Tenteroo is shutting down, and all events should be migrated to myCouncil by mid-August.

As this transition takes place, event details and registration links may continue to be updated. Please check myCouncil for the most current event information and registration options.

Regular District Meetings

Commissioner Meetings

Butterfield Trail District Commissioner meetings are held on the last Sunday of each month, with the exception of July. Meetings begin at 8:00 PM and are held by Zoom.

District Committee Meetings

Butterfield Trail District Committee meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, with the exception of July. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM at Central Christian Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Butterfield Trail District Roundtable meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of July. Roundtable begins at 7:00 PM at Central Christian Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
