The district includes the communities of Salem, Viola, Batesville, Southside, Sulphur Rock, Newark, Cave City, Melbourne, Calico Rock, Horseshoe Bend, Newport, Tuckerman, Swifton, Hardy, Highland, Cherokee Village, Ash Flat, Searcy, Beebe, Rose Bud, Pangburn, Providence, Bradford, Bald Knob, Judsonia, and Kensett.
